The Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs 2013 is currently held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena starting live at around 7:30 PM. A total of 12 original love songs were selected out of the 2,500 original love songs composition.

The song finalist were interpreted by Yeng Constantino, Aiza Seguerra, Toni Gonzaga, Daniel Padilla, Angeline Quinto, Bugoy Drilon, Jovit Baldivino, KZ Tandingan, Erik Santos, Juris Fernandez, Marion Aunor and Wynn Andrada.
Tonight’s host were Xian Lim, Matteo Guidicelli, Megan Young and Kim Chiu. The celebration was started with performances from Bamboo, Zia Quizon, Abra, Young JV, past Himig Handog interpreters Bituin Escalante, Anna Fegi and Martin Nievera.

The event will be executed under the direction of Mr. Johnny Manahan, with musical director Gerard Salonga together with the ABS CBN Philharmonic Orchestra.
The judges is headed by Ogie Alcasid and includes Jim Paredes, Louie Ocampo, August Benites, Jett Pangan, Olivia Lamasan, Freddie Agular, Cory Vidanes, Jed Madela, Freddie M. Garcia, and Sarah Geronimo.

the song is very meaningful and the interpreter of this song is deserving to win the p pop love songs.
.tama ka nga…himig handog is not only in how the performer did it but it is base on the content 0r valuable content of the song..we know we felt coz daniel didn’t won that contest but we need ta accept it because he won 4 awards ….
himig handog is not base in having many awards but the most important is the content of the song you sing.

im proud to daniel too…but when i heard the song he sang..the message is only pointing out the lovelife of teenagers while aiza’s songs is for all people who suffered a brokenhearted feelings…
