Loquiao Brothers: Filipino Designs Kaepernick Shirts (Video)

Colin Kaepernick is one of the hottest American footballer of our time and considered as one of the most popular athletes in the United States making waves in the recently concluded Super Bowl 2013.

The 25-year-old Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers not only known for his athleticism but also for the latest craze in sports known as “Kaepernicking.” The Super Bowl athlete made a connection with Filipino designers who owned, Cukui.

Filipino brothers, Jason and Orly Loquiao, co-owners of Cukui, a clothing store located in San Jose, California that specializes in Philippine and tribal art.

Accorsing to Jason Loquiao, the words, “Against All Odds” the tattoo on Kaepernick chest and his tattoo of St. Michael killing the devil, the Pinoys made their rendition of the tattoo on their exclusive shirt.

The limited edition shirts of Cukui, costs $32.00 and the hoodie costs $60.00. Although the 49ers lost to the Baltimore Ravens in the Super Bowl finals but their sales of the shirts grew by 300%.

Colin Kaepernick got also the tattoo from Orly Loquiao with the Banig design.
