The controversial John Paul Encinas who (–foul word(s) removed–)aulted the cashier was put under inquest at the Manila City Hall. The attacked with the cashier by John Paul Encinas was captured on CCTV and posted on YouTube which immediately goes viral and caused an online outraged.
Before John Paul Encinas and the victim, Marjorie Reynaldo brought to the Manila City Hall for the Inquest they first meet at the Barangay Hall under the jurisdiction of the incident.
The Barangay were not able to settle the problem, so they were brought to the Manila Police District for custodial investigation and then proceed to the Manila City City Hall for the Inquest.
John Paul Encinas will be under numerous complaints such as unjust vexations, physical injury, grave threat, and slander by death.
