    Scam.

    1) Francis Chaves claims to be one of the “Foremost Filipino Marketing strategists,” yet no one in marketing knows him, knows about him, or knows of him. So, this article is a copy-pasted ruse of a pyramid scam.

    2) Chavesnet being DTI registered does not make the “business” legal. DTI registrations only give permission people to do TRADE when there is something to trade. What does SWA trade?

eBooks, most of which are OUTDATED and RECYCLED material used before.

Having a Belize registration should have been a warning sign, since the Philippines do not have extradition treaty with Belize.

    3) How long has SWA been around? It’s not new. It’s been recycled from one network marketing scam to another, and now currently as SWA.

    4) Anyone who tells you to INVEST money directly to someone you don’t even know, and whose “reputation” and background is dubious at best should also be a warning signal.

    5) How many people have actually made REAL money from SWA? It’s easy to post a picture with someone holding a wad of cash. So far, everyone promoting SWA, when asked, say they are “just beginning” and have not made any money. They post everywhere to get downlines, which is really just how pyramid scammers make money.

So, the question is, how do you know Francis Chaves? Does your sponsors (uplink) know or have met him? For someone so renowned, why does no one in the field he is supposed to be renowned know him?

Ignorance is bliss. It’s your money. But, the reason why people get scammed by scammers like Chaves is because of IGNORANCE.

And if I may add, they are marketing SWA as to having cops and government officials as members, as if to say, “hey, we’re credible, we have cops and robbers (I mean government officials) with us.”

  • B.Mueller/Germany December 18, 2013, 8:21 pm

First at all “Sorry” for my poor English. I am a German. I hope that you will be able to understand everything, even with all the misspellings and wrong tenses.

I am 45 years old, and myself was in these MLM-businisses for more than 20 years. At a time where most of the members of SWA (and all the other companies) weren’t born. Means that I am not a blind man who’s talking about colors. I know very well about what topic we talk.

You can call it a snowball-system, or a pyramide-game, or pilot-game, or a gift-circle, or whatever. Because over the last 2,000 years this child got many different names … but the system behind the curtain is still the same.

Ask yourself what kind of product do they sell? They sell “eBooks”? Means they make Mio of $$$ by selling eBooks??? What a joke! Well, the official “anker” are the eBooks, because this was needed for giving this company a legal look. The truth is that most of the money is coming from finding new pay-willing staff members, who are in the hope becoming rich in shortest time and therefore willing to pay for the entree before earning some money.

Let’s take a look how such a system can work:

For this example I will use the “1-to-6-system”. Means 1 member has to find 6 new members before getting a payment. Of course every of these 6 new members have to find other 6 new members. Let us imagine that we will play this game up to stage 12.

    stage 01 = 1x 6 = 6 members must be found
    stage 02 = 6x 6 = 36
    stage 03 = 36x 6 = 216
    stage 04 = 216x 6 = 1,296

    stage 07 = 46,656x 6 = 279,936
    stage 08 = 279,936x 6 = 1,679,616

    stage 12 = 362,797,056x 6 = 2,176,782,336
    stage 13 = 2,176,782,336x 6 = 13,060,694,016 (collaps)

Why after stage 12 is arrived the system will collaps at stage 13?

Well, the world population is the total number of living humans on Earth. As of today, it is estimated to number 7.131 billion by the United States Census Bureau (USCB). Okay, so 7.131 billion is the world’s population, but sadly for stage 13 we need 13.060 billion members. Short: We need a 2nd planet earth!

Let’s think about the slogan “changing the lives of Filipino citizens”. Seems that this would be the main intention of SWA. How nice. But why did they not registered the company in the Phils and under the Philippines laws???

Well, the main reasons for having registered this company (in this case “SWA”) in Belize (central america) are the simple tax-rules there in Belize and the low-money-budget for opening a registered business what gives a company legal-look. That’s what most readers will think, or even will believe. But the fact is, that in near to every country on this globe such a system is not allowed and therefor illegal. Not only here where I live (Germany). It is illegal in Albania, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States. But what a wonder, it is not illegal there in Belize! Why not even there? Because there in Belize they don’t ask questions; they only want as most registered companies as possible. A paradies for all the criminals and scamer round the globe. And of course perfect for the generation “Internet”.

Of course you can find photos of happy SWA-members … with holding a big cheque (check) in their hands. That’s part of marketing and promotion: “Give some friends a cheque and let them smile into the camera and publish these photos, and uncountable stupid people will follow blind”.

With greetings from Germany. Take care, and God bless.

How many teams are there in SWA? Which team is better to join into? How many members they have here in Philippines and total members global?
    Thank you and more power!

  • chris January 15, 2014, 5:00 pm

Anyone earning in the Philippines shall pay taxes with the BIR even if its an online business. Does SWA have Certificate of Registration to do business here in the philippines? Does this Francis Chaves pays taxes out of his earnings from this and also those who earn from this scheme, show some proof please. Only employee with minimum wage earning are exempted from paying taxes, earnings from investments are taxable. If you can show proof then i will believe that this is not a scam and i might join here as well and encourage my friends to join too.

    • X January 15, 2014, 8:11 pm

Chavesnet is registered under DTI as single-proprietorship. But the Belize (IBCR) Registered SWA is extradition-proof. Being here in the Philippines, even if Chaves goes to jail, any money he made from SWA is untouchable because of the nature of IBCs.

Paano sila kikita sa pyramid scheme kung hindi ka magbabayad at ang iba pang mga downlines?

It doesn’t look like a scam on the surface, but its just like 1st Quadrant, and all other pyramid schemes.
