Ellen DeGeneres, who popularly known as the host of the famous collective talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show, was announced by the Obama administration as the AIDS diplomat who will take charge of letting people inform and be aware about the global AIDS epidemic.

Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton did not feel in tension of opposites when she said that the said actress was her choice to be the special envoy because she believes Ellen will “bring her sharp wit and big heart, and her impressive TV audience and 8 millions followers on Twitter”, because we all know that she doesn’t only appear as an inspirational host and someone who makes us laugh whenever we watch her show, nevertheless, Ellen DeGeneres was also a philanthropist, and once served as an amb(–foul word(s) removed–)ador of the Farm’s Sanctuary last year 2010.

In respect of her talent and appeal to the people, US administration believes that special envoy’s help can hugely support and make great changes in their efforts to get rid of the disease lethal upshot.

And Ellen herself believes that she can devote herself and do it. She said in her talk show on Tuesday: “I’m honored to have been chosen by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton as Special Envoy for Global AIDS awareness. The fight against AIDS is something that has always been close to my heart, and I am happy that I can use my platform to educate people and spread hope.”

Clinton also mentioned that money will mount up their expectations in developing new and effective prevention methods in the said diplomacy against AIDS.

The development for the advocacy is progressing and health campaigners are now ‘getting ahead of the pandemic’ and “more prevention methods were driving infections down, allowing making it more possible to treat more people”, Ellen DeGeneres said.

In relation to this expansion, sub-Saharan Africa will have the $60 million declared and agreed by US in additional funding for anticipating AIDS terror.

I truly believe this diplomacy will work! And the late President George Walker Bush is never to be wrong about America. He once said… “For the diplomacy to be effective, words must be incredible- and no one can doubt the word of America.”
