Mark Zuckerberg sister leaves Facebook to start her own company

Randi ZuckerbergRandi Zuckerberg, after six (6) years of being part of Facebook company is now leaving the successful social networking site to put up her own.

Randi is the sister of Facebook founder Mark who started developing and establishing the site way back in his Harvard days together with the other members of the Facebook team.

For the previous years, Randi Zuckerberg had been part of Facebook’s great success as she shared her expertise especially in marketing strategies. She had been Facebook’s Marketing Director.

Based on reports, Zuckerberg is set to establish her own company “Rtoz Media” which is eyeing to help companies to be more social.

The planned “Rtoz Media” is  a social media consulting firm which will help companies to maximize their potential through engaging in a much “social” approach in business in order to join with the fast pace of technological advancement.

In her statement, her move out from the world’s leading social networking site had been planned long before but she added that her decision is a “natural extension” as she expressed that she will continue to be there for Facebook.

Quoted, Randi said, “Be (–foul word(s) removed–)ured I will continue to be a strong, vocal evangelist for the most incredible social platform ever created.”

Currently, Facebook had more 750 million.

So far, no official statement was heard from Mark, Randi’s brother and Facebook’s founder talking about his sister’s decision of living the company, however, Facebook company had expressed their gratitude to the important services she had extended to their success such as Facebook Live – a real time news show which she created and being hosted for the company.

Talking about Facebook Live, Randi Zuckerberg had been a nominee to Emmy Award for the live coverage of current news event.

To recall, Randi is one of the big names in Silicon Valley, and for the past three months, she had been into rest as she took a maternity leave.
