NBA Lockout, The Good, The bad and The Ugly

It’s been almost month of silence from both NBA representatives and National Basketball Players (–foul word(s) removed–)ociation.  The two parties are scheduled to meet next week at New York in a hope to resolve the previously announced lockout.

Good for  the players but bad for the NBA, as the FIBA or National Basketball Federations, the world governing body for basketball, has recently confirmed that they will approve the transfer of players under contract with the NBA to play abroad during the lockout.

Play anywhere at you own risk seems bad for NBA players and it will turn ugly should their contract back home at their respective NBA team will become void due to injury abroad.

Good for Argentina basketball team for they might be (–foul word(s) removed–)ured of having back their star players like Luis Scola, Andres Nocioni, Manu Ginobili and Carlos Delfino due to the ongoing NBA lockout. What seemed to be good with Argentina may spells the same with for Russia and Spain who’s in the same manner are eying the Gold this coming London Olympics 2012.

Bad and ugly if NBA 2011-12 cannot start its regular season on time or even worst if too soon we have to say bye bye to LA LA Land, Kobe and the NBA.

I won’t settle for the good, the bad and the ugly. I want to go back to where it was before.  I don’t mind waking up early for live coverage and stay late at night for replay.  I love the NBA and I hope and pray that lockout will soon be the thing of the past.
