Couple Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy have finally chosen a name for their baby boy. Their son was named Bingham Hawn Bellamy who was born last July 9 weighing 7 lbs. and 12oz.

The new-born little boy will carry the nickname, Bing. Just this Thursday, such news was confirmed when the 33-year-old Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy revealed such information via Twitter.

Matthew Bellamy is the fiancé of the Oscar nominee Kate Hudson. In a statement, Matthew added that his wife Kate and their baby Bing are both in a good condition at present. Kate had been healthy and strong after giving birth to their baby boy.

It was reported that baby Bing went out from Kate’s womb after an intense pushing which lasted for about four and a half hours. Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy were very much excited to finally have their baby boy.

Many fans might wonder what inspired Kate and Matthew for naming their baby boy. Well, such name has to do with their family connections. The name Hawn was taken from Goldie Hawn which is the maiden name of Kate’s mother.

Bingham Hawn “Bing” Bellamy is Kate Hudson’s second child since Kate already had a seven-year-old son from her former husband named Chris Robinson, a famous rocker. Kate’s first son was identified to be Ryder Russell.
