In an interview with Luis Manzano in the morning talk show of ABS-CBN Kris TV, hosted by queen of all media Kris Aquino, the actor-host admitted that he is dating actress-singer Jennylyn Mercado and said that jennylyn is the reason behind his smile today.
Luis guested in the show together with his co-host Billy Crawford to promote the season three of hit talent show Pilipinas Got Talent aired in the kapamilya network wherein host Kris Aquino is one of the judges together with comedy queen Ai-ai Delas alas and Sir FMG Garcia.
During the interview, Kris directly asked Luis if he is currently dating Jennylyn and he answered yes but in the follow up question of Kris whether he can consider their status as exclusively dating, the host-actor did not answered it in a straight manner but said that is already given that it will lead to it in no time.
Host Kris Aquino was shocked in the answer of Luis and said that usually girls are shy to ask to the guys whether they are dating? But Luis answered that sometimes it’s all about mutual understanding and there are others who want and don’t want to discuss it anymore and only needs a matter of understanding between the two.
Jennylyn Mercado is a product of the artist search in GMA 7 network and managed to won the said search while Luis Manzano is the son of two biggest celebrity in the showbiz industry Edu Manzano and Vilma Santos.
