Marcelito Pomoy was declared the grand winner of the Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 beating the sentimental duo of Happy Feet. The Happy Feet which was one of the favorites of Ai-ai de las Alas. Marcelito Pomoy had proved that he is not only popular in YouTube but also he had won the Grand Prize as well.
Marcelito Pomoy who had succeeded on his journey as the top winner and his dream of putting back together his family with his performance in PGT 2. He was considered as the man diva of Philippine television.
After the awarding ceremonies he song his masterpiece rendition of “The Prayer” a duet with himself singing like Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli in one person, Marcelito Pomoy. The 2nd grand winner of Pilipinas Got Talent had received a total of P2 Million Pesos in cold cash.
The other top finishers of the Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 were, Happy Feet at second place and Freestylers came in third.
