Manny is a Filipino Boxing champion who became pound-to-pound World Boxing Champion. Aside from his boxing career, Manny has various talents; he participated in music recording, acting, and politics. He was elected to the House of Representative in May 2010 election in the 15th Congress of the Philippines. He is representing the province of Sarangani.
Pacquiao is the only active boxer to become congressman in the Philippines.
