Kindergartners of Auburn School District, Maine now have something new to play with their hands while learning. Aside from too much focus in writing and painting, who knows these students of early age, now have new digital aids in their studies.

Each kindergartner of Auburn, Maine will receive these famous’ I Pad 2 which is now considered to be a better source of these young students for learning. But where do these ideas derived, that we adults can’t even afford to buy this expensive I Pad 2 of our own.

Kindergartners of Auburn who could hardly learn their ABC’s can now easily identify these alphabets without even struggling for the whole year. The idea came when a school literacy specialist came to realize that her students have barely credible progress of learning by just letting her students interact with her I Pad  ̶  having educational programs and software installed in it.

A video was being produced that shows how the young students interacting with said equipment as their aid in learning. The produced video was being presented to the Auburn School Committee and made them impressed. The Committee then came to a proposal of buying I Pad 2 Computers to be lent for every Kindergartner student of the district and was being approved.

Though purchasing of this “newly-discovered-to-be” educational equipments cost them too much but pursuing it is much cheaper compared to hiring more teachers for the District. According to the Sun Journal, the idea “makes it easier for teachers to teach a larger group of kids, one on one, without having more teachers. It probably would take four teachers to do what the computers can do with one teacher”.

Although the idea brings out students for a broader learning, but some people were still not onto it because for them, they were still too young to use these I Pads and they might just break it.
