Inspiring Story Of Ted Williams: Homeless Man With A Golden Voice

The Man With A Golden Voice

Ted Williams, the homeless man with a golden voice at age 53, was one of the internet sensations in YouTube. After the Columbus Dispatch videographer filmed him and posted a video of Ted showcasing his voiceover skills on the road.  For just a matter of days his videos became viral and a total of 11 million views is sensational.

He had received an offer from Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Major televisions stations have started to call him and he had appeared exclusively on CBS “The Early Show”.  The Cleveland Cavaliers have also offered him a two year contract and volunteered to pay for his living expenses.  NFL Films had also considered him a job offer for his compelling story.

He is a Brooklyn native who worked previously doing voiceovers for a Columbus FM radio station. The Columbus Dispatch videographer discovered him on a highway exit ramp and shot a video showcasing his God-given talent.  One of his dreams is a reunion with his 92 year old mother that has already come true last Wednesday.

His first-ever commercial with Kraft will be aired on ESPN on sunday night during the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl at San Francisco.

Ted had so much offered but what keeps this man more sensational is the fact that he acknowledged his mistakes from the past and moved on. He revealed that he has nine children, have been drunkard, used drugs, and convicted for theft. His down-to-earth attitude of acknowledging GOD as the giver of his wonderful voice is such an inspiring story.

With over 11 million views on YouTube the discovery made by Doral Chenoweth, a reporter of Columbus Dispatch was a sensational and inspiring one. He was also happy for Williams,  who has received job offers since his name catapulted to stardom.
